Ancestral Andean grain, which was a basic ingredient in Inca food. It provides high quality protein with an extraordinary balance of amino acids and essential fatty acids. It is also a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. Its nutritional characteristics have positive effects on metabolic, cardiovascular and gastrointestinal health.

 

Amaranth

Ancestral grain that was consumed by the Incas, Aztecs and Mayas. Like quinoa, it has a remarkable protein content and profile with high content of amino acids and essential fatty acids. It is a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. It promotes cholesterol reduction in the blood and stimulates the immune system.

 
 

Oat

Millennial cereal cultivated around the world. It has a high dietary fiber content, especially Beta-glucans. It promotes the reduction of cholesterol in the blood, reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases, promotes a healthy gastrointestinal system and has anticancer properties.
