Amaranth
Ancestral grain that was consumed by the Incas, Aztecs and Mayas. Like quinoa, it has a remarkable protein content and profile with high content of amino acids and essential fatty acids. It is a good source of dietary fiber, vitamins and minerals. It promotes cholesterol reduction in the blood and stimulates the immune system.
Oat
Millennial cereal cultivated around the world. It has a high dietary fiber content, especially Beta-glucans.
