Quiyú challenge
Each of us has daily occupations that make up a large part of our day. Work, study, and home activities can leave us with little time to devote to ourselves. However, it is crucial to set aside or block definite moments during the week to dedicate ourselves to some activity that motivates us.
Exercise is an activity that can provide us with several benefits. It is scientifically proven that exercise helps us physically and mentally. It boosts the immune system and helps us to distract ourselves and fight moments of stress and worry. It helps us improve our mood thanks to the release of endorphins. [1,2]
Another way to spend time with ourselves is meditation. This activity helps us focus our attention on the present moment. It has positive effects on concentration and learning activities. [3,4]
In addition, other activities can help you develop, such as learning another language, taking online courses, gardening, compost at home, and many others.
Of the 168 hours a week, how many hours do you dedicate to an activity that helps you disconnect yourself from your daily activities?
We challenge you to dedicate at least 40 min 3 times a week to an activity that is a moment for you. Start blocking at least 120 min during the week for a moment with yourself.
